Iowa Corn Leadership Enhancement and Development
Iowa Corn Leadership Enhancement and Development (I-LEAD) is a two-year program for individuals who want to become strong leaders and spokespeople for the agriculture industry in Iowa.
Iowa Corn Collegiate Advisory Team
The Iowa Corn Collegiate Advisory Team (CAT) is made up of 20 students pursuing degrees related to agriculture at Iowa’s colleges and universities. CAT students learn key principles of leadership, effective communication skills and individual strengths to know who they are as a leader and strengthen leadership ties to both the corn industry and other ag sectors.
